I think Bicycles Inc, is exactly how a business model should work. I purchased a bike from them when they were at their old location just down the street on Harwood, and even then, 22 years ago, the service was great, helpful sales staff, and manager......just like yesterday when I visited looking for a new bike ! I highly recommend them ! NEVER purchase a bike from a department store....unless you want cheap quality, and no service. You get what you pay for at Wally-World, rust bucket junk !
Drove all the way to Hurst from Graham to buy our Granddaughter a bike. We had excellent help picking one out. We got her a hybrid. Would definitely recommend Bicycles Inc!!
Usually good service at the Hurst store, have bought a couple of bikes there. They were our first choice for bikes. Ordered a pair of large MTB shoes and was told they should be in anywhere between 3 days and a couple of weeks. When I called to check on them, they claim I was told the shoes would not be in until March! When ordering I discussed with the salesman how I didn't care about brand, etc. I just needed something as soon as possible. Took my roadie in for a tune up (Arlington location) a couple weeks ago. These guys went above and beyond to make sure it was safe and road worthy, after sitting around for 4 years. At first it was ok but when I'm constantly having to come back like 6-8 times cause my tubes keep popping after you guys installed them it was cool you guys claimed responsibility on one of my tubes cause you said you guys put high pressured tape on wrong but when I'm just pushing myself around in public and my wheelchair tube just pops on me that's not very professional this has happen repeatedly I can show you on my credit card summary how often I come in cause it's $8 to tube and tire on each time you guys never tried to ... read more
