The staff at Fort Worth is great. Sean has helped me so much and the rest of the staff has been so very helpful. I started out about 4 months ago on a new Townie, then went to a Trek Verve3 and now I just purchase a Specialized Secture and two Specialized Tarmac's for my son and daughter in law. I am 69 years old and ride three to four days a week so far avg about 70 miles a week. Finally clipping in and the hills are getting easier.
I've driven by the Ft. Worth location many times. Today I had the time to stop in for some MTB shoes. Wow!!! Amazing selection (of everything) and a very professional staff even though they were very busy. I will definitely be a returning customer.
I bought my 1st road bike at the Arlington location... David allowed me to ask 1000 & 1 questions... He is awesome!!! I'm a newbie to the cycling world and I'm "luv'n " it!!!
Jayson Hatcher in the service dept was very helpful with my current bike and knowledgeable about the different types of bikes. When I am ready to buy a new bike I will make sure to purchase it from Bicycles, Inc
