Thank You to Bicycles Inc for sending Richard to Special Olympics Cycling Event. Richard was great. Many participants came up and thanked him for helping them "go faster" , but more importantly Richard checked every bike to make it safer for each rider. Many thanks form the Special Olympians and their families to Richard for making their bikes better.
Bob Owen at the Hurst store really made me feel comfortable with my purchases. I will be back now for all future bikes I need from this store.
I started as a Bikes Inc. customer, then joined a race team, and then had the opportunity to work in the Hurst store for a while. You can tell a lot about a company when you are working for it, and my time there only deepened my respect for the guys and gals who make it run. I bought two Trek mountain bikes at the Southlake store and picked them up yesterday. The entire staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable through the entire process. Great experience and would highly recommend these guys
Store was closed when I arrived. But, the great folks at the Hurst location opened and let me purchase my son's Xmas present. Thanks for going above and beyond tonight!
