I just took my bike into the Arlington store and was helped by Gordon. He blew me away with his knowledge and kindness. He went out of his way and spent large amounts of time answering my questions. He even went as far as tightening my bike rack on my car for me!! Great store--AWESOME guy!! Thanks Gordon !!!
Great experience at the Hurst location...thanks Rus! Rus helped us buy a new bike for my daughter. What we appreciated the most is that he explained our options in detail and didn't pressure us to buy more than we needed or push the more expensive accessories.

We were in there only for an inner tube replacement, first time, they have the greatest service as well as very reasonable pricing, we'll definitely be back!
I went to your Southlake location today and your staff was so nice. I had my two kids with me and needed to get a tire from my Bob stroller fixed. Your staff came to my van and took the tire off my stroller repaired it and placed it back on my stroller. He even took my payment inside and brought back my receipt. I was able get to stay with my kids in our van and it only took about 15 minutes. Thank you for being so kind and having exceptional customer service
Great customer service. I went to the Southlake location. I was helped today by Dave and help me pick up the perfect bike for me. He also gave me a really good discount better than what I thought it was going to be. The entire staff it's very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm new in the sport and this will definitely be my shop.
Great customer service. They spent a ton of time with my wife and I finding the right bikes and sizing them perfectly. Great experience.
