Very helpful staff. They took the time over several visits to the Southlake store to help me figure out what style of bike I needed. I love my Specialized Roubaix!

I made two trips to your repair shop to get bearings for a rear wheel, and no one was able to help me. In fact, the lack of knowledge by these “mechanics “ was quite upsetting. I even had the make, model, and serial number of the bike and one kid told me “that won’t help”. The first guy said he could get them but wanted me to leave it for him to fix. I know how to fix it...I just need bearings. I know your rating is 4.5 out of 5 stars, so I guess I’m the .5 star that had a bad experience.
Arlington store is awesome! Great customer service. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful!
3rd time walking in and walking around with no help from anyone 4 employees with 2 customers walking around waiting. Please go to another bike shops. And yes this was less than 15 minutes ago in Southlake
