We went into the Southlake store to look at buying a mountain bike for my wife. There were three employees sitting at center counter talking and nobody else in the store. They said “hello” but that was the extent of their customer service. We were in the store for 10 minutes looking around and not once did anyone try to interact with us. Not even a “have a nice day” on leaving. Piss poor service. I won’t waste my time with them again.
RecommendedI love having a local bike shop close. I’ve been into the Granbury Road location and they were super helpful. They have a ton of great bikes and gear and very helpful staff. I’d high recommend checking them out and doing business with them if ya need a quality bike or quality support and gear. We’re starting the local Wedgwood Bike Gang and hope to have our crew frequent these guys/gals. I want to help get more people riding and these guys can set ya up. Thanks for the great help today!
I went in for brake pads and a helmet, and managed to convince myself to get a new bike to replace my Schwinn that is probably 30 years old. Lisa and everybody else were very helpful, we made sure a rack fit on my car properly and the service department was able to switch my brake levers around on short notice as well. Great experience, big thanks to John Meyers for helping me out over the years with bike info.
I bought my bike here and my first trip back was after I had wrecked it. Needed the brake cable reinstalled and bled. I left unhappy after the brakes were in worse condition than before and the tech broke my GoPro mount too. Well, then a had another wreck and tried to fix it myself. After I gave it lots of effort and still couldn’t fix it, I thought, maybe I can give them another shot with a different tech. So I did, and I couldn’t be happier. Worst customer service ever!.... Southlake AND Arlington! I will NEVER do business at any location ever again!
Have now gotten a bike built, and a wheelset rebuilt by these guys. prompt service, and always willing to answer questions. Will be returning for sure.

They were very helpful and even provided us with a bike trail map of the metroplex.
I would start with being less condescending to your customers at your Arlington location.
