RecommendedWent to the shop in Ft Worth to pick up some accessories For my bike. I had interaction with all three gentlemen that work there. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and professional. The manager even looked on the computer to show me a site that had baskets so I could order for my service dog. All my accessories that I wanted they had and even a suggestion of a changeout on a Bluetooth tracker sensor that was less expensive then the one I was asking for but just as good. Everyone I have dealt with has been very knowledgeable, friendly, and focused on service. I primarily use the Hurst location.
My review is specifically about the Southlake location and I will single out Austin in particular. Austin told me something he couldn't deliver and based upon what he told me, I took my surly single gear (which I explained I needed asap because I was leaving for the summer) out of the queue at the Hurst shop and brought it to Southlake. He said they could switch out the handlebars from straight to the previous drop, single gear, with brakes. Apparently he doesn't know what he's doing. Because it involved a cable. Worst service possible. Bought my new bikes at Arlington and was told about how great the unlimited adjustment was and that I needed to bring my bikes in after I had been riding them for a while. When I get there they talk down to me like Im supposed to know everything about bikes. I do boxing and weightlifting, cycling is just an alt form of cardio for me. They think everyone is a racer and if youre not then youre not worth the trouble. They looked at my new bikes for about 5 secs each and sent me on my way. I went to all t... read more

Great bike store, with great service. These guys really know their stuff and will help all levels of bicycle riders. It is worth checking out any of the Bikes Inc locations.
I am very pleased with the service and knowledge at Southlake location. I went in to buy a bike. Scott Benner was very helpful with identifying the bikes that fit my intended purpose.
