Most positive car buying experience ever! Came for service on Honda Hybrid with no intent to get a new car. Talked to Joe Denning who was warm and welcoming a personable. Jason came with a offer on a new Civic Honda EX lease that was just too good to turn down. Best car sales person and dealer I've ever experienced. Very happy with our new Honda. Good job, guys!!!
I worked with Ted Rau for all 3 of my leases and he is simply the best. I was also impressed with the "hands-on" treatment by Jason. Sometimes owners are aloof...but not Jason. 5 stars are nearly not nearly enough to rate them in their overall quality of service and staff.

This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchased at Bianchi Honda and each time we have worked with Ted Rau. He is easy to talk to while answering all our questions and coming to a decision with our purchase. When the time comes we will work with him a fifth time. This is the first time working with Jamar and we found him very personable and knowledgeable.
Called last Thursday. For a part had to order it told me I'll have it fri...... Fri comes still no part was told I'll have it monday so I call Monday ..... no part this is the second time I had to cancel my inspection bc of this part now ...... not impressed
Salesman Ernie Dance did a great job. He gave me a great e-price on a new CRV, and a very good offer on my trade-in. Ernie is honest,knowledgeable and friendly, and he made the car buying process a breeze. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The dealership itself is very clean, well organized, and friendly. I have dealt with them in the past, and I have never encountered a problem.
