My husband and I love our 2018 Honda CR-V EX! He went to Erie solo to get it from Akron (I’m 9 months pregnant) and we had only intended to lease, but ended up buying! It’s so much more spacious than our previous vehicle (a leased 2016 Ford Escape). My husband had a great experience with Dan Milhilser, he said he was very friendly and did a wonderful job explaining everything. I was apprehensive about shopping to replace my 2003 Honda, been a wonderful car. Garrett May at Bianchi Honda met us at the lot as we looked around. He was very professional, polite and helpful. He offered to pull some cars I was interested in the next day. He did just that. He found a 2015 Honda Accord that was perfect for me. Love my new car but not happy with the key they made after hours since only had the valet key, the remote key they made doesn't work my trunk not happy!!!! Dave was wonderful and all involved in my new purchase other than my new key. I should have 2 remote keys that work properly for the price I paid. Never took time to remove the two spots on the seats I pointed out when I test drove then purchased either
I have bought 3 vehicles from Bianchi Honda over the years. My granddaughter is still driving the ‘03 CR-V in Pittsburgh with over 155,000 miles. I now have an 07 CR-V with 106,000 miles & I giving it to her sister ( for a small fee) in NC. Because I upgraded to an 2015 CR-V with only 30,000 miles! Brian McWilliams was exceptional in working with my daughter and me for a wonderful CR-V, low mileage, clean and all the new features I was thrilled about! My vehicle broke down on the 90 on my trip north from Florida. I was towed to Bianchi Honda where the service advisor, Paul Hunter went out of his way to assist me, and get me back on the road within a couple of hours. A special thank you to a first class dealership with first class personnel.
I went up to Bianchi because of an email I received about a possible special offer. I did not expect to leave there with a new car, however, I turned out being wrong. The salesman (Joe) worked with me 100%; he was fair, meet my needs, and was not pushy. I could not turn down the offer I was given. I encourage anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to head up there just to look and who knows you could end up in a great situation like me. As Jason says, my visit was truly worth it...
