I really appreciated the dental hygienist's professional demeanor and happy attitude. I was also very happy with how Dr. Bialick sat down with me and explained everything about my radiographs. Thank you for everything. I will be back!

Don't change a thing. You are all rockstars! I really enjoy coming into say hi to you all.
I like how Dr. Bialick explains beforehand everything he is going to do and then again as he's doing the procedure. It makes me feel more at ease. I like how he numbs the gums with a topical before giving the numbing shot. Having a dental procedure is never fun, but at this office it's surprisingly relaxing.
I am very happy with my recent appointment experience. I especially appreciate the promptness to get seated, the nice staff, and the Dr. Bialick's good and clear explanation of my dental situation to me. One suggestion to improve the already excellent experience regards to reminders of appointment. I would like to continue receiving reminders of appointment and submitting confirmation, but I feel 2 reminders and 1 confirmation would be sufficient, instead of recieving 5 different reminders. I really liked Dr. Bialick. I haven't been completely happy with the rest of the staff. I would come back because of the great service from Dr. Bialick, but I feel as if the customer service from the staff as a whole is somewhat lacking.
