I have been very pleased with Dr. Bialick and all the staff.
The staff is always friendly and approachable with any concerns. Everything is always easily explained and you never feel as though you are wasting your money.
I love visiting Dr. Bialick's office. The entire team provides the best dental care I've ever had. But please be attentive to patients that will be waiting a long time - the wait I endured was the first time I felt let down during a visit.
Nicolette did an efficient and pain-free cleaning, thank you. She took away my fear of dental hygienists. Dr. Bialick is friendly and professional. The new electronic notebook allows the patient to see everything, and Dr. B. takes the time to explain the images and dental situation.
The dental hygienist did an outstanding job. Very careful, meticulous and professional.
Normally I've met with the doctor after a cleaning, but perhaps it wasn't needed at this time? Not sure.
Once the entrance door is open, the reception has always been friendly, fun and comfortable. The office is clean, well stocked with reading material and feels like a living room. The staff has been nothing less than respectful, courteous and knowledgable.
My hygenist is fantastic!! She is meticulous with each cleaning and keeps my teeth plaque free:)
It was a good experience. Everything ran smoothly.
