EXCELLENT CARE!!!!!!!!!!!
I live in Northern CA and my daughter was at UCSD for a summer program and was in a great deal of pain with a tooth ache - I checked my insurance plans website, found this dentist to be closest to UCSD, they answered their phone, were polite and courteous and got her in quickly. They had to refer her to an endodontist for a root canal but they made the referral to one in their building and provided all the information I had given to them to that dental office so I didn't need to send it again. The dental hygienist took great care to give me a thorough cleaning. I really appreciated her conscientious attention to my needs.
As always, Dr. Bialick and his staff treat me very well. I have a high propensity for anxiety when dealing with the dentist - not anymore. I actually brag about you guys...I mean what other office would a staff volunteer to hold my sleeping 2 year old while the dr checked me out? you guys, that's who. Thanks for everything.
The best dentist ever! He treats his patients very well and explains everything he is doing and offers and explains all the options. I would refer anyone to him!
Everyone is friendly and I have never had to wait like most doctors offices.
appointment to see the doc was at 10:15. Was seated in the room at that time. One quick x-ray was taken. Remained seated until 10:50 when the doc came in. Not sure why the appt was made so early whent obviously doc not available until almost 11. The appointment WAS just to see the doc. I've waited for the doc for at least 30 minutes on a previous visit as well.
Your team does a great job every time!
I would prefer to not have annual x-rays. These strike me as unnecessary in absence of indication of problems, pain, etc. This would be a very large factor for me in choosing continuing care (i.e., I would prefer a new dentist if they did not do annual x-rays).
