I hadn't been to the office for 16 months and was told upon arrival that Dr. Bialick was not there on that day. My appointment had been originally scheduled for Aug. 28, but a hygienist had an opening for Aug. 18 and I received a phone call on Aug. 15 asking if I would like that appoint. I said yes. I have been coming to Dr. Bialick's office for various dental treatments in the past several years. My experience with the staff has always been very positive. They are friendly, timely, genuine, and caring. And Dr. Bialick are very professional and gives insightful recommendations.
I have finally found a dentist I am commpletly happy with. Dr. Bialick and his staff have helped me overcome my dental phobias and make my visits to the dentist a pleasurable experience.
There was nothing out of the ordinary in my dental appointment. They hygienist cleaned my teeth meticulously, without too much poking and prodding. Dr. Bialick explained my dental situation carefully. I had no cavities and required no advanced procedures.
Dr. Bialick is very friendly and takes the time to explain things, which I really appreciated. When I had a problem with a filling, he fit me in right away to get it fixed. The staff is friendly and the hygenist I saw was very gentle. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bialick. I go to him even though he is outside my network and I have to pay a little more for it.
