From the time I called to schedule my appointment to the time I left the office after my visit, everything was fabulous! The receptionists were very nice and friendly, the hygienist was also great and made me feel comfortable and at ease and Dr. Bialick was wonderful. I have never had anyone explain the condition of my teeth and gums like he did! He took the time to sit down and go through all my x-rays with me and made me feel like he really cared. Dr. Bialick and his staff make going to the dentist enjoyable. Everyone treats my family and I with respect and they are very personable which makes all the difference to me. Eye contact, taking time to listen to my concerns, and a smile make it feel like I am visiting old friends. I even had to bring my 4 year old daughter in while I had my cleaning. I suggest that the patient would have the choice, or at least be notified, of the technician that will perform the cleaning in advance.
The dental hygienist, who seemed new to the office, did very little work on my gums during the cleaning, leaving me unsure if I received an adequate cleaning. Usually I'm very pleased with the services.
Please give me the same hygienis next time
I had a very good appointment. The hygienist was very thorough which I appreciate greatly. And Dr. Bialick gave me the most detailed, thorough explanation of the shape my teeth and gums are in that I have ever been given. And he explained my xrays to me, which no other dentist has ever done, and I did like understanding what the Xrays show, what the different shades of color on the xray mean, etc. I was very happy to have a clear understanding.
Always a fantastic experience. Everyone is kind and thorough and explains what they are doing. I will absolutely refer friends and family to Dr. Bialick.
As always you guys are the best. The hygenist do an unbelievable job, my mouth feels like it never had any thing done to it.
