My reminder call the day before from Daisy was harried. She should slow down long enough to hear my concern. I also did not understand being asked to wait while the team went to morning meeting. I also get the feeling that I will be receiving a bill for services beyond the coverage of my insurance. I expect a bill but do not why I don't know what it will be.
