From my short and brief experience dealing with dermatologist and her answering /scheduling staff, I can describe it in two words rude and arrogant.

I’ve gotten PRP in Atlanta, but the experience at Thacker Dermatology was vastly superior. The pain management was great and many more injections were given. I’m a happy customer.
While it is true that the doctor does not spend a lot of time with me, it does seem that he spends enough to be sure that I am getting the correct treatment. He will stay for as long as necessary when I have questions and his physician assistants are very good and did the treatment well. I have found that it is pretty standard practice for PAs to do much of the actual treatment but anytime they see something suspicious they always have him confirm the diagnosis before they treat. I am happy with the office and the people.
Dr. Soni is very thorough on my yearly visits. I have recommended him to other people and to my family. I give him a 10 out of 10. Plus he always makes me laugh to take my mind off the procedures he is doing and that is a plus. Staff is also excellent. ( Great bedside manners which is lacking in some physicians.)
