I cannot say enough good things about my experience with BGE Home when I needed to have my sewer line replaced. They were respectful, conscientious, courteous, considerate and, on top of all that, did an excellent job! I have written to the CEO to even let him know that while I have been a BGE Home customer for years, I had not had to (thankfully) hire them for such a big project before but will always do so and recommend to all others they do so as well!
BGE Home provides very poor customer service. Their technicians are late and they will cancel your appointment for the slightest reason. Customer service call center is not helpful in any shape or form. I cancelled my account last month and they continue to bill me. BGE Home will take your money but service is terrible.
