Heat stopped working called them guy came. Worked for few hours woke up at midnight house cold again. Spent all next day waiting again next guy came said first guy didn't fix it right after asking me if I had heat on. Worked less than two days stopped again. Third guy fixed it came home from work house cold again. So waiting for fourth guy in last six days.
Do NOT use these services! As a licensed real estate agent with over 20 years of experience I have dealt with my fair share of Home Warranty and Home Service Companies. This review is based on my personal experience on 1/7/17 where I had scheduled service on my personal home for a refrigerator that was not keeping temperature and was starting to show signs of future faiure. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with BGE Home when I needed to have my sewer line replaced. They were respectful, conscientious, courteous, considerate and, on top of all that, did an excellent job! I have written to the CEO to even let him know that while I have been a BGE Home customer for years, I had not had to (thankfully) hire them for such a big project before but will always do so and recommend to all others they do so as well!
BGE Home provides very poor customer service. Their technicians are late and they will cancel your appointment for the slightest reason. Customer service call center is not helpful in any shape or form. I cancelled my account last month and they continue to bill me. BGE Home will take your money but service is terrible.
