We have lived here for right at a year now and love it! The common areas are always well kept and the surrounding area is never dirty. Celsee is such a joy to see around the apartments! She is always smiling and makes everyone feel like she has known them forever =)
We have lived here for almost 9 months and we love it! The area is great, super close to the Knox-Henderson shops and bars, and the community and units are gorgeous and modern! Celsee in the front office is killer- she makes it appoint to know everyone living here and goes above and beyond with setting up community events and helping us anytime we need! There needs to be more people like her! Love it!

Aside from being a beautiful complex in a great location, the staff at B&F Flats has become like family to my girlfriend/roomate and I. Not to offend the rest of the kind, attentive, helpful staff, Chelsee has been an absolute delight to work with. She is always prompt and goes the extra mile to help us out with any issue we have. I don't even live here but I wanted to leave a review for the sign spinner that they've had for a number of months. He easily is the best thing about driving down Fitzhugh. Give that man a raise!
I moved in to B&F Flats in August and I am glad to call this place home! From my apartment, to the amenities, to the amazing staff, B&F is the place to be!
My client loves the community. The sales staff was very helpful and I knowledgeable. My only feedback would be that the corporate office could be more efficient with paying realtors and locators. Overall, I recommend this community.
