My biggest complaint is the staff. They NEVER respond to emails nor voicemails. I’ve even voiced this concern with them and was assured that they would be better with communication. But they have yet to do so. This is the main reason I won’t be renewing my lease here.
Management needs some major improving.
Celsee really helps out whenever I need anything. She cares about the residents. She’s always positive. Miguel is amazing at helping with maintenance issues and resolving them quickly. He cares.
I love living here! The whole leasing office is exceptional, but I would like highlight Celsee! She is literally the reason I chose this place when I moved from Houston last year. She is so helpful, friendly and will do anything to make your experience at B&F a great one!
Celsee.. Simply Amazing! She has this amazing personality, she knew everyone’s name lol even the dog! The amenities are spot on, neighbors are friendly, hallways are clean with no stinky smells, and you’re in walking distance to eateries. Before we could tour the apartment, my husband was ready to move in and when he saw the apartment... lol, we now live there!
Couldn’t recommend this place higher! Celsee, Amy, Myra, and the whole gang are simply the best and make the complex like a real home, with support, events, and great communication. Loved my time there and so will y’all.
I have lived at at B&F for over a year and all I can say is: what a great place to live! The apartments are incredibly nice, the amenities are top notch, and above all the staff is incredibly helpful and truly cares about you. The whole staff is great but I have to say that Celsee has not only helped me countless times, she has also become a good friend.
