Credit collector just called me. They said we I owe $270. Funny I went online to find your number and I found the reviews below. I am another victim of B&F flats carpet scam. it is a real thing! No pets have lived in the apartment. Carpet was just fine. No last walk trough. No Pics... I will pay the remaining $50 for the water bill. Honestly probably another scam. I will pay for the broken drawer. $40. Sure. Please be cool and stop the Carpet scam.

Liz was so instrumental in helping me find my new apartment! She helped me determine which model made most sense for me and ensured I got the best pricing. I'm loving living at B&F Flats - the amenities are exactly what I need and are well maintained, everyone is friendly, and there are fun community events. Would highly recommend!!

Elizabeth was super helpful when I toured the property and showed me some of the great floor plans! Unfortunately, I didn’t move there because I bought a house. But I would definitely recommend her and the property!
We love living here! The apartment and amenities are beautiful and very well maintained. The entire office staff is great. We worked with Trey and had the best experience! He was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and was accommodating during the entire process! The maintenance staff is also awesome! They're some of the nicest people I've ever met and show up within an hour or two every time. They have even stayed after hours to make sure everything was working flawlessly.
Great community, friendly staff... LIZ is the best & always makes sure I get my newspaper. You can tell she truly cares & gives 110% towards her job!
Nice apartments and the staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Elizabeth. She dropped everything twice to help me shoot a couple of videos I needed to put together for a case. Thank you Elizabeth!
I’m so happy to call this place home! I fell in love as soon as I toured and have received excellent service ever since. Trey has been amazing and has been there to answer any question I have. He has gone above and beyond to make sure move in has gone smoothly. Would recommend this place to everyone and anyone!!
