RecommendedI have been here for 10 months and I love it so far! The staff is great and extremely helpful, the amenities are top-notch and the apartment finishes are stunning!
I have lived here for almost two years now and the place never stops getting better. The location is so perfect with great choices for food, entertainment and nightlife. The staff has always been very accommodating and friendly. I cant recommend living here enough!
Got to tour B&F Flats this week and was blown away with their facilities. Elizabeth Sawyers toured us around and she was incredible. She answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome when seeing the building! Love this place.
I just toured with Elizabeth. She asked what I was looking for and why I was moving, and she really understood my situation and my preferences. She was really knowledgeable about the floorplans and made great recommendations - I have a lot of deal breakers when it comes to apartment layouts and she was happy to walk me through the floorplans and she showed me 3 apartments. The apartments and amenities are beautiful and they have a great move-in special.
This is seriously the best place in the entire city of DALLAS to live!! Friendly, fun people, a great atmosphere, and the best leasing staff on the planet! Absolutely recommend!
I toured this week with Elizabeth and she was AMAZING! Super thorough, so sweet, and gave me all of the info I need. This property is definitely at the top of my list.

I have lived at B&F flats for a year now and I love this apartment complex! The leasing office staff are all amazing but Celsee always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and taken care of! Celsee found us a perfect apartment and we just signed another lease. Celsee is so helpful, friendly, and truly cares about each resident that lives here!
