RecommendedI currently go to Beyond Words for behavior therapy and they’ve been nothing but supportive and attentive to what you have to say! I love going to this place
a staff member who claims she is a child psychologist recorded her child trying to "beat up" my child. Crystal Wright followed my daughter home from school and was asking her if she was scared and was telling her 12 year old daughter to hit my daughter. This is who you have working for you?! This woman is completely insane and has had the cops called on her multiple times. she even went as far as telling me on video that I was going to die. do not send your children here. They let people like this work with your children.
My entire family has experienced nothing but problems from this place. The only good thing about this place is dr Williams and you NEVER get to see her. They are rude, condescending, don't do their jobs, lose papers and appointments, make appointments without notifying patients, forget to refill your meds and cause you to withdrawal! The nurses sit there with you not even knowing what they are talking about after you have been diagnosed by the DOCTOR trying to make you feel worse about yourself by making up their own diagnon... read more
The staff there deals with alot. People that are addicts. People that don't take care of there kids. Also people that are loveing and have good souls. There are all kind of people they deal with. These women and men at this office. They try there best. Not everyone is perfect. They do make mastakes. But Over all. They are kind and welcoming to all. They have the most Christians workers there. We LOVED them!!! They got us in so fast, were so sweet, very understanding and kind. Anytime we ever needed paperwork they were amazing about it. They helped me get where we needed to be as far as helping my autistic son.
Me and my girlfriend have experienced problem after problem with this place. One of the first was being falsely accused of something and the other was due to insurance fraud as well as extremely rude and prejudice staff as well as Nurse practitioner Lakisha Williams.This place is in it for nothing but the money.
I wouldn't advise anyone to go here I've experienced insurance fraud,lies,and extremely rude staff as well as doctor.
I love this place the staff is wonderful understands,helpful,and kind my son hates Drs but loves this place
The Doctors and Staff here are Amazing! They are welcoming you like you are at Home.
