I helped a friend purchase a Macan from this store about 3 months ago. Paid cash... after dozens of calls and emails not even the GM will respond to me. My friend still doesn’t have their title. Over a month ago we were told they lost the title and needed to get a duplicate. It only takes 2 weeks to get a duplicate. I worked at Walter’s Porsche for 16 yrs. I had a fun time the Porsche Event tonight! I have one Boxster and one Panamera.
worst dealer ever! Because they are not honest! I locked a car told the sales that I booked flight. They sold the car to someone else and notified me 12 hours before my flight! my flight is nonrefundable, and my time and money are wasted! WTF! I will never go to this dealer and will tell all my colleagues and friends do NOT consider this dealer.

It started off well but post sales support has been appalling. 6 weeks ago I bought a 2015 Panamera E-Hybrid S. Paid cash, they Fed-exed papers for me to sign and worked with my transport to deliver car to Austin. All handled by phone. Car arrives in great condition. So far so good. Six weeks later, many texts, phone calls, promisees, I have no sales paperwork, no odometer statements, no temp tags, and no title. I’m in Texas. I can’t do anything with the car without paperwork.
