Service Department is a horrible train wreck. They're rude, dismissive and have consistently provided the worst service experience I've ever had -- 3 years running. If I hadn't purchased my service in advance, I'd bring my vehicle elsewhere. I love my Porsche but when purchasing my next vehicle I will take my business elsewhere. A dealership's service department shouldn't play a role in making that decision.
