My advisor in the service department was Jay. He was amazing. Very personable and honoring. He was clear about what needed to be done and did everything he could to make situation a good experience. The driver of a Mercedes Benz loaner with the license plate BBNZ 303 almost caused a major accident of the 15S in Temecula 10 minutes ago because he was on his cellphone. Completely oblivious coming into our lane with two small children in our car and when he finally looks back to see why my husband is honking and slamming on his breaks the guy has a phone in his hand. If only this site would let me upload pictures...classy.
