I arrived at the service center at 1:39pm with appointment for a schedule A “Express service”. After dropping off the car, it’s about 2:05. The service advisor call me a shuttle and the shuttle didn’t arrived until an hour passed. I figure my car should be ready soon so there is no point for the shuttle anymore. Turn out I was wrong, my car wasn’t ready until 4:30pm. They are so overbooked that the “Express service” take almost 3 hours. This is the worst MB service I ever have.

My husband and I came to this dealership just to try out the Gle350. Mark Dedushi was our sales rep. He was fantastic. No pressure to buy or lease. Lots of options given. Very knowledgeable and patient. In the end he found me the right car and gave me a good deal. Juan in financing was great as well. Thanks guys
