They had the car for 5 days for a simple repair and tire replacement. I had to keep calling several times each day to get an update. This is the second time I’ve had to wait an excessive amount of time for simple repairs or service.

It took an awful lot of time for a routine service (7 hours)
My experience with dropping our GLC300 off was seamless thanks to service writer Andres. Thanks so much Andres for taking such good care of us. Your promptness in getting me out of the service center was so appreciated. Getting our vehicle back much sooner than first estimate was also a wonderful surprise.
