After three tries they finally and hopefully fixed the transmission. Brand new car with less than 500 miles on it and we had to keep bringing it back for shifting problems. Thank goodness for the loner program.....

The service was Amazing! They gave me a Great loaner car! I had an Amazing advisor, Desmond! He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed. He kept me updated on the progress and even worked with the technicians to find solutions to bring down the cost of the repairs. When I got my car back, he noticed that one of the lights wasn't working and replaced it. That wasn't even in the work order. I appreciate him and Beverly Hills Mercedes so much! Thank you 😊
