Unresolved issues from our experience from 12/28. Numerous emails and phone calls to their GM, Assistant GM and my Sales person, Steven have all gone unanswered. Out of my 20+ cars purchased, this by far was the worst experience. Its beyond unethical to slide an $1800 warranty in for oil changes that was not requested. Please do the right thing, return my messages and resolve this.

Buying a car has got to be to most stressful chore and so time consuming! When the deal is finally done and you drive off the lot, you've accomplished a major task for yourself and your family. That's the way it should be, but buyers be aware, there are unscrupulous dealerships in the area, in particularly, Bev Smith Toyota in Ft. Pierce, they made a deal with my niece and after 9 days of bliss the dealership requested a 2nd contract to be signed and demanded an additional $2,000.00 to keep the vehicle. in all areas could do alot better
definitely would not reccomend trying to speak with a supervisor. one of their employees driving the courtesy car almost hit me twice. and was driving recklessly. Called and was hung up on 4 times. 5th call I used a different number and was told I would get a call back. so far nothing.
