Not trustworthy at all. After 7 months of purchasing car, I still don’t have a registration.

Terribly rude service personnel. This is the second time in two months; the last incident involved my wife, today it was my turn to be treated like trash. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
Nice people to work with. I do have a few suggestions for them. they needed to have the second truck key for us when we bought the truck, they didn't we had to go back and get one made. Also, they need to slow down on the paperwork as they had our address wrong and we had to make a few phone calls to get it corrected. Greg, John and Mike were very nice about everything. they gave us a free tank of gas since we had a long drive.
Update: We spoke to a customer representative named Liz over two weeks ago who essentially said nothing would be done about this and that it wasn’t their fault somehow when it was in THEIR CARE FOR 48 HOURS. When we told her to further investigate or we would OBVIOUSLY take our buisness and the family’s buisness elsewhere to protect our vehicles she accused us of threatening her?????
