They had my car for a whole month and wouldn’t give it back just to charge my insurance more than $1,500.00 for that rental. Ben was horribly rude to me. They didn’t even repair the deep scratch in my rear lamp. They did the bare minimum on the repair work. Just an awful experience over all. I’ll never take my business to Bev smith again.... read more
