horrible rushed sales, had the car a week wake up and it's gone no word no nothing called 7 times asking for gm or manager who do not exsist... I walk out the deals all done pay 1500 upfront and I dont exsist to the finance company... worst dealership and experience ever now I'm sitting waiting for Wally the finance guy who did the paperwork when I bought it to explain.... do not ever come here

The young lady that help in the RAV 4 repair and dealing with the insurance company was professional and did the little things well.
This is my 2nd purchase from Bev Smith Toyota. 1st time I purchased a used car and this time I purchased new. I have to commend my sales guy Theo Dasher!! I called him told him what I wanted and where I wanted to be payment wise. I spoke with the Sales Manager Alex and we arranged everything.
