Had a horrible experience with Fabian. I didn’t test drive the car. He told me to move the car from parking spot to the next and told that was it. He only showed me 2 cars and I was interested to see more but he was rushing me. Took advantage on me since I was a woman and I didn’t know much. Just left Bev Smith Toyota and had a horrible experience with Mike Rinaldi. He was rude when we were going over finacing a vehicle that quite frankly my wife and I wanted to purchase. He wouldn't budge on the sales price and wasn't willing to work with us. The sales associate Jean was amazing and was willing to work with us. Jean was so well regarded by us and I am willing to work with him and not Mike.
Told me their credit pulls would only come out at the end of the day as 1 credit pull. Just pulled my credit karma report and their are MULTIPLE HARD PULLS on my report!!! were talking like 6 or 7. Stay away!!! Do not let them pull your credit because they also pull it from multiple places without even asking!!! I will never ever do business here again! what an absolute joke and a shame!!! Disgraceful! I'm trying to build my credit not put it in a dumpster fire!
Body shop is horrible! Needed help getting my Kia door open. Told to come up. Drove 30 minutes for the girl to tell me the manager said that they would have to take the door off and couldn’t do it that day. Body shop manager did not even have a look at my car! Left and took it somewhere else where they had it open in 3 minutes. Bev smith wouldn’t even look at it! Why was I told to come in? Still smh...😡
