The name's a bit misleading. Not only is there no ocean view, but this is not your ordinary diner. Though it has streamlined aluminum and black-and-white tile, and the fare is inspired by diner cuisine, the ingredients are the freshest available and the dishes are prepared with care and imagination. Fantastic pancakes and service. Looks "retro" but is in fact lovingly maintained from the original decor decades ago including a functioning jukebox. Awesome place and a must-stop when in the area.
I highly recommend this place. There's usually a little wait, but that's because it's so delicious. My scrambled eggs were amazing! I don't know how they did them but they were so soft and creamy. And my pancakes were great. Just what I wanted. We all loved what we ordered. I'm going back next time I'm visiting.
