Clean, professional, friendly, efficient...from the moment I stepped in and even leaving,much sooner than I expected, and I didn't feel rushed out.
We were seen quickly. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and thorough-they listen to the patient and explain procedures and the diagnosis. Highly recommend BetterMed.
First time there. Clean & friendly people. Wait less then 5 minutes and back to a room with TV. Doctor and nurse friendly and explained everything so I could understand. In and out In about 45 minutes. Better then that place down the road.
I've been here twice. The wait was short, doctors friendly. The entire place is clean and comfortable. This time they referred me to another facility that would be able to help me better. I would recommend to family and friends
