We had another great experience with Bettermed. This is our 3rd time visiting and this time it was with my 6 yo. She was stung by a yellow jacket and her hand swelled up. The nurse and NP were both so sweet with her. They were quick and knowledgeable. Thank you!
This is my new go to place when I cant see my PCP. It is always so clean inside and the staff is friendly, knowledgable, and attentitive.
I have always praised BetterMed and had good experiences--I was one of their early patients at their first location. Today, however, I received a bill for my September 7, 2017 visit. The invoice said BetterMed did not have my insurance information on file. Well, that's a surprise because I was asked to show my insurance card AND I had an office visit earlier in the year that was covered by the same insurance card. This is my new "go-to" place. Always in and out quickly. I love that I can register online and know what the wait is. I am always impressed with the PA's, Doctors, and nursing staff. I highly recommend BetterMed in Mechanicsville!
Everyone is very kind - the nursing staff and the doctor was very efficient- they gave extremely fast service and got me on my way feeing much better!! I will never go anywhere else in the future - I will definitely be back here again!!
