FYI they take money out of your account without permission & if you haven’t got a bill from them yet Literally just went here how do they expect you to know what it cost ... They give no estimates & don’t even give your insurance time to work on their bill! You Can’t pay for a bill you haven’t even received yet! Explain that!!! Y’all need to work on this the girl at the desk said that you call before taking money out that is a lie ! You take out what you want off the card on file this is not right!! FYI !!!
I’ve had good experiences however my Father had a bad one. He ended up angry and vowed to never go back. When I called to better understand his diagnosis I was out on hold for over 15 minutes and finally gave up which is what they wanted I’m sure. I won’t be back either.

Went in for breathing issues and they were apathetic. Nothing showed up on my xray and that was understandable and great news,but Dr. Monica was quite rude and didn't offer much advice. The xray tech and young lady that was in the office on the way out were the only ones who treated me like they had a heart. I only went bc of the reviews unfortunately i didn't receive the same service as others. I am aware we are living in tense times, but their treatment and lack of compassion was pretty upsetting.
My Autistic son got injured and didnt have a pic ID and they refused medical care because of that..Not everyone has a pic ID , but he had insurance but he got turned away...AS A RN I'm truly applaud! this is discriminatory on so man levels...you should close your doors! How can you refuse care for lack of ID, even when there is money to be payed...I WILL NEVER darken the doors of this Jack in the box organization again... pathetic!

Dr. Jeff is AMAZING!! I've taken my son who needed help with a cut from a fall and now myself and he has an awesome bedside manner and very knowledgeable!! I wish he could be our PCP!
