Had it two years and used it once.A flat tire for me being disabled and on an electric bike is a really big deal and better world made it better.

This company blows and takes your money for no services, the last 3 times I needed them in the past 3 years they were never to help, well the only thing they were able to do was lie and waste my day waiting for a tow that never came..... Today what topped it all off was yesterday I needed a tow and they were unable to get me one so I was instructed to leave my keys with the car on the side of the road on terms that it will be towed 7am next day....
