Left my wife stranded alone on the side of the road for more than two hours. Apparently, they couldn’t find someone to come change a tire. A simple tire change and they couldn’t find anyone. We’ve been paying premiums for more than 10 years! DO NOT USE BETTER WORLD CLUB!!
Left my 9 year old son and I stranded on the side of a 4 lane interstate for an hour and a half, and then told us my truck was not covered under their best towing policy that I had for 17 years. I terminated my subscription.
The last three times we needed a tow it took three or four hours to get a truck. I’ve been here in Brentwood at 336 Homewood Road since 12 noon today. It’s now 330. At first they said 90 minutes and I’ve been calling them back every half hour since then. Still here. No truck. I’m about to leave my car here and Uber home because I have to be somewhere. Unbelievable!

BWC is responsive, friendly, and smart. I like their big picture environmental approach.
