I've had to use BWC about 5 times for my car, one time for my bike. Same response time for my car as when I used AAA; in fact, it was the same tow truck company that came! So glad I can support such a worthy club.
I've been a "premium" member, since 2010; have needed to call twice for towing. My last "tow" was from Edinburgh, IN, to west side Indianapolis. I had only a 30- minute wait for this last service call, and all I had to do was sign the form to authorize the tow truck to bring my car (and me) to my home. I like 'em!!
