RecommendedResponsive when we needed a tow. Doesn't lobby for stuff we don't want.
Saved me when stuck with a broken suspension this week. They towed my car 12 miles longer than my plan allowed at no extra charge. Super friendly and helpful.
I'm a Better World Club premium member. They outsource to Agero (Google them - it's a horror story). Better World Club/Agero jumped my car incorrectly, causing $3,090 in damage. Now they're denying my claim because my original call was for gas and not a jumpstart (though their subcontractor provided both fuel and the jump as part of the same service call) Unless something drastic is done, I'm going with AAA next time.
Spend the few extra dollars on the aaa. Waiting for aaa 3 hours is better than calls for close to 3 hours saying they can’t get anyone to take their form of contact payment. Guess what never in 10 years heard aaa say that once. Never. I’m in a major city as well. Not BFE
I have been with Better World Club for 13 years now, they are an excellent company. I have used their towing services a few times, the drivers are courteous and I always get a flatbed truck. I would never think of using any other service.
My whole family has use used #BetterWorldClub for over a decade and always been very happy and well cared for.

You guys saved my behind this evening!!! My car inexplicably died without warning while I was 120 miles from home. Received great customer service when I called and was given a quote asap regarding the towing rate beyond the 100 miles included in my policy. The tow truck took a little longer to arrive than expected, but the driver was very courteous and good company during the 2 hour drive to my local mechanic.
