She's easy to talk to, extra careful, and always making sure I'm not in pain or uncomfortable. I look forward to seeing her every 6 months for my teeth cleaning and some small talk.

Reassuring I was very nervous as it's been close to 9 years since my last visit to any dentist, and Natasha and her team were so gentle, patient and understanding with me and frequently stopped when I needed a moment. I'm truly grateful that they made this experience as pleasant as they could for me while being professional and getting the job done perfectly!

underwhelmed this time I normally really like BLTD and get great customer service, but today was a bit disappointing during my cleaning. I am going to call it as a bad day and will go back for another cleaning when the time comes.
