Great, except for chairs I've always gotten great service from y'all, but I confess I find your patient chairs quite uncomfortable. Even with the headrest, I always end up with a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. I realize it would be a massive expense to change them, but it's something you might look into for the future. Thanks.
