I've always gotten great service from y'all, but I confess I find your patient chairs quite uncomfortable. Even with the headrest, I always end up with a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. I realize it would be a massive expense to change them, but it's something you might look into for the future. Thanks.

Would like to state a preference One thing I have always appreciated about Better Living Through.... is how painless you are. On my last visit for my teeth cleaning you manually scrapped my teeth. I much prefer the machine.
