We are still waiting for help with the $4000 I am losing from Green Home energy specialist LLC in Clinton Township. The finance bills still keep coming in the mail and they have our deposit.

Totally frustrated working with the BBB. Lack of communication, poor handling of my case and just a general lack of caring or trying to understand. The BBB was once great - but it seems like a lot has changed.

I have had the worst experience ever with trying to deal with a case. After 2 months my issue was not resolved. The lady on my case was extremely unhelpful and rude. I did everything I was supposed to and it was like pulling teeth to get her to respond or do anything on my behalf. Thankfully visa is helping me resolve the issue because dealing with the BBB has been more frustrating than the business that I complained about.

Please donot purchase anything from 4 Sistaz in Redford, Michigan. Poor customer service, policies, business etiquette. Have you ever heard of a store policy no refunds and no exchanges within three days you purchase a product from them.
