All BBB are a scam. Revenue generators. Small businesses have to pay to even get rated. Not a government agency but consumers act like they are. The only bearing they have is holding corporations accountable. But youll be lucky if that even happens.
Warning! Don't use Kyle Williams, attorney in Jeffersonville IN! He takes advantage of his friends- he accepted retainer fees from several & they have no action for their hard earned money!!!!

I filed a complaint against a company that this BBB location handled. This location defended the company which is a member based on the company claiming to call and talk to me which never happened. I replied to the company's answer informing them of this major discrepancy and they filed it under closed that the company made a good faith attempt and I did not accept the answer. A reasonable good faith would of been for the company to contact me which never happened. This BBB location is very biased in favor of their member. F... read more
