They sent me a link that does not work saying my email address is not correct even though it is the one I used to file the complaint.
Waste of time!! Will not post my complaint or even contact me on my 2 complaints!!
Spent 2-3 hours filing a complaint with the BBB. It was a complete, valid and thoughtful complaint against a business that is a danger to the public. Followed up with numerous emails and phones calls. What I received in return? NOTHING. I am surprised these people get paid. I think they must focus on getting business to pay them for membership. Certainly NOT an advocate for the public and shouldn't be an 'organization.' I have heard this from a few people. Don't waste your time.
