My first time. A gift from my step-son. Super clean. Very relaxing. Didn't know what I would do for 90 minutes. As soon as I closed the capsule and assumed the floating position, I was fast asleep! Very relaxing! Went home and took another lovely nap.

Having a horrible back and knee issues this is better than going to a dr. For a adjustment. The place is very clean and the staff are very professional. I highly recommend everyone to come float. My body was in pain when I went in and got out and felt 20 yrs younger.

Alright. There's a lot involved with this FLOATING! 1. Bring music & make sure it can plug into an AUX cable. Mine couldn't bc it's the new iPhone 7. I had to listen to muffled music thru my iPhone speaker with ear plugs in (provided), submerged in water. � If you have the AUX option- it plugs into the pod's system & plays over pod speakers! Hey Mo! Sorry to hear you had some issues with the Float; the temperature can be adjusted to personal preference and we try to keep the rooms around 76-80 degrees for comfort. We can gladly heat up the water and the room temperature a bit more for you next time. It's also possible there were heater issues that day; we're not aware of any but will definitely look into it as an option.
