Please beware of this company. They have the worst customer service and are flat out rude and nasty and aren't afraid to flaunt it. They will scam you and keep your money while giving you nothing in return. Whatever you do --DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They kept 16k of our money and never gave us a house to rent. PLEASE BEWARE!

This is in response to Ms ****** and her comment. Her statement is false as she has received a full refund. Ms. ****** did not take travel insurance for her reservation. She declined the insurance when the reservation was made and then she received 2 reminders that she may want to take our travel insurance to protect her reservation money. Also, the phone systems is overloaded from phone calls of future guests from the recent hurricane. This is another reason to please sent your question to the email so you can get a prompt answer. We stayed back in June 2020. The pool was not open and we were there for a week, with small kids. We asked if we could get a partial refund due to not being able to swim. Karen at Better Beach rentals emailed my sister in law and told her she would refund her $225. Stated she did refund it but the credit card number was not my inlaws. We have tried emailing and calling since 5he end of June and we havnt gotten anywhere. We have stayed through this agency for years but I think this will be our last.
You have so many options of places to rent at the beach, I'd consider Better Beach Rentals only as a very last resort. Our family has been renting at the North Carolina coast for the past 15 years and we have never come across a company so poorly managed with such a lack of respect toward its customers, until Better Beach Rentals.
