Mike Wagner and Darren came today to close off my waterguards with foam and caulk and to reroute my drain tile so it drained into the sump pump rather than the sewer pipe. They did a great job. Thanks for the speedy service.
The crew was here when they said they would be and finished in one day. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They even helped me hook my washer and dryer back up. The entire experience was amazing from my first inquiry to completion! I am a single mom that is not a carpenter or plumber. They explained the entire process in a way I was able to understand without talking down to me. I highly recommend this company!

For the most part these guys are pretty good. However, their prices on certain things are a total rip off. Got charged $375 for a Zoeller M98 1/2 hp sump pump when I could have bought one myself for under $200. I called them on it but Rod F gave me the run around. He couldn't even quote me what the labor charge is for the service they performed. Mike installed the The TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System today. On time, efficient, courteous and professional. Of course I'll have to wait for the next intense deluge to tell you how well it worked, but I feel confident that the system is exactly what I need. I don't ever want a basement full of water again.
